Mosh Core Productions

Montreal company Mosh Core Productions is making headway in the music scene.  Their mission?  To help make the vision of aspiring bands a reality while raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Making a difference is more and more important in today’s world.  As is making a difference while having fun and helping others demonstrates intelligence and creativity. Well, last week I met with the man who possesses just those qualities and whose main goal is to support a worthy cause while helping his fellow musicians get their foot in the music business door.  His name? Angelo Russo.

Who is Angelo Russo you ask?  Well, he’s a talented singer/song writer/guitar player from the Montreal area who is passionate about music and has a heart of gold.  In 2000, Angelo founded Mosh Core Productions.  The cornerstone of this company was based on a solemn promise he made to his beloved aunt who was tragically struck by breast cancer.

As a musician and humanitarian, Angelo discovered a way to use his closest resource – music – as a means to help find a cure for cancer.  He pledged to organize a yearly festival in which bands would come together to raise money for cancer research.  Thus, the very first Mosh Core event was held in 2001, to much success.

With the success of the first Mosh Core event, Angelo now knew that this was his cue to continue on his mission and to ensure that this event would return each year to make a difference.  But one might ask: What is Mosh Core Productions exactly?  Well it’s a young, dynamic and goal oriented production company that has been built on hard work, experience and of course, sheer devotion to all facets of music.  The company’s main aim is to provide services such as show organizing, T-shirt printning, records demo/album production, printing of flyers, business cards, stickers, posters, CD media, build press kits and even shoot music videos for local bands and artists.  Mosh Core Productions is also doing its best to provide top quality products and services, all of which can be found in one place and at a competitive rate.  Mosh Core Productions is run by a team of dedicated individuals (including Angelo Russo, president, Joey Sciacchitano, vice-presiedent and Cederic Estevao) who have years of music and band experience and who are without a doubt very knowledgeable when it comes to the needs and expenses that arise from being a successful band in today’s active music scene.

Mosh Core Productions is constantly striving further into the vast spectrum of musical genres to help Quebec bands and musicians further their musical ambitions.  The company has devoted itself to creating a musical community from which all musicians can benefit in order to maximize their artistic potential.
