A mellow afternoon with David Gray playing in the background can only mean absolute relaxation. He is a talented English singer and songwriter that rose to fame with his album ‘White Ladder’ in 1999 (even though he released his first studio album in 1993). At the start of his career, David Gray’s music had folk-rock tendencies and used the acoustic guitar and piano as primary instruments. In 1999, when ‘White Ladder’ was released, he started playing around with computer-generated music to accompany his vocals, guitar and piano. ‘White Ladder’ became a number one in the UK charts, just as ‘A New Day at Midnight’ in 2002 and ‘Life in Slow Motion’ in 2005.
