Volunteering for the festival is not only a blast, but it gets you a golden ticket to any POP Montreal event. This means that in exchange for a few hours of mingling with awesome people (and a bit of work, of course!) you’ll get into any show for free. Considering that shows cost a minimum of about $12 and can run upwards of $40 for better known artists, volunteers score the best deal ever. If lending a hand to others is not your thing, you can always shell out around $70 for a Pop Pass, which gets you access to most shows.

If you wanna rock out, take an active part in your Montreal community, get exposed to musical gems and favourites alike, and do it all for less than the cost of the latest American Apparel outfit, Pop Montreal awaits you. It will sweep you off your feet, bounce you ten feet into the crisp autumn sky, and run away to let you fall into a colourful heap of falling leaves, like you used to do when you were a child. It’s a bubble of fun and frenzy that you have to taste at least once!
