On November 5th, CONFRONT’s correspondent photographer and I had the opportunity to attend Nick Carter’s solo show at the Metropolis. Following our interview with him this past month, we had been eagerly anticipating this event…
We had both enjoyed his first solo album, Now or Never, and though we were a little less enthused by his Sophmore release, we were definitely curious to see how it would translate live.
Clearly, Nick is a showman who has taken everything he has learned over the years and applied it when creating this show. It was theatrical and entertaining and he blended tracks from both his solo albums well to create a foot stopping evening. He even threw in a few revamped versions of BSB classics for those who hadn’t taken the time to listen to the solo material.
All in all, we had fun.
