What should you check out during the week of April 19th 2012?

I personally love to introduce local artists to readers. A few days ago I came across a cover on my Facebook page of Demi Lovato’s “Give Your Heart a Break” which was covered by a local artist, Fannie Goulet, who goes by the name “Fay”. The song features guitarist Domenic Berardi who has played with other Montreal talent such as Mackenzie First and Bobby Bazini. It takes a lot for me to admit that I like a cover as much as I like the original but this is pretty close. So give it a listen and let us know what you think!
