The latest video from Toronto alt-pop band HIGHS proves that their music pairs surprisingly well with a floral backdrop. Borrowing from their album art imagery, the band’s new music video for “I Do, Do You?” sees them (and a set of dancers) making use of and integrating with the greenery in different ways, making for a mesmerizing viewing experience. The video is gorgeous, and the song is even better.
“I Do, Do You?” is the second single from HIGHS’ forthcoming debut-full length record, the aptly-titled Dazzle Camouflage. The album is going to drop on April 8, via Indica Records, and can be pre-ordered here at Pledge Music. Building on the momentum created by their self-titled EP (buoyed by singles like “Summer Dress” and “Nomads”), the debut full-length record is incredibly anticipated. Based on what we’ve heard so far with “I Do, Do You?” and “Handsome Man”, it’s safe to say 2016’s going to be another game-changing year for one of Toronto’s most promising acts.
HIGHS are currently supporting Vancouver’s We Are The City on a Canadian tour, with a Toronto date scheduled for Saturday, February 27 at Adelaide Hall. Tickets are $10 in advance, and can be picked up here!
