WATCH: Broadway Stars Perform “What The World Needs Now Is Love” For Orlando

It’s been just over a week since the the tragic shooting at a gay club in Orlando — the worst mass shooting in U.S. history — that took the lives of 49 people, but the world has not forgotten.

To honor the victims of this senseless act of violence, members of the Broadway community came together for “Broadway for Orlando,” a cover of Burt Bacharach and Hal David’s classic hit “What the World Needs Now is Love.” Brought together by Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley, the impressive vocal cast include stars like Sara Bareilles, Kristen Bell, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Idina Menzel, Sarah Jessica Parker, Fran Drescher, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Whoopi Goldberg, Sean Hayes, Nathan Lane, Jessie Mueller, Rosie O’Donnell, Audra McDonald, Carole King, Matthew Broderick, Gloria Estefan, Rosie Perez, Bernadette Peters, Wayne Brady and more.

The single can be purchased at for $1.99, with all proceeds going to the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida.
