While it’s been nearly three years since HAIM released their debut album Days Are Gone, the trio of sister have been previewing new material while on tour all summer, but it seems they are cancelling their upcoming European tour to focus on finishing their sophomore LP.
Via a handwritten note on Twitter, the band announced that they would be cancelling their upcoming European tour because they’re at a “critical point” in finishing up the album and “need to stay close to home until it’s complete.” The girls would have been performing at major festivals like Way Out West, Oya, Reading and Leeds, and Electric Picnic.
Their last scheduled show will be at the Osheaga Music Festival in Montreal, after which fans can anticipate an album announcement.
