Hey everyone and welcome to the first installment of my CONFRONT Broadcast.
This week there is quite a lot on the go with the official release of MapMusic.org ((( Musicians Against Parkinson’s ))) on Tuesday May 26th. Also on the boards is another MapMusic Awareness Concert. This one is being planned for the 23rd of August and this time around CONFRONT lends us their support to ensure a successful show.
The end of next month I’ll be flying to Austin, TX to meet Freddy
Powers, Merle Haggard & Willie Nelson with my documentary film crew.
(Oh yeah Hot Smoked Pictures is doing a documentary film on myself and Parkinson’s, trying to raise $1,000,000.00 and all my other endeavors)
I have been trying to write some new tunes and get down to working on a new album since GreenRoom isn’t new anymore. In any case I continue to make live music with my new band The Dangerous Crayons and in the next few weeks we’ll be holding a fundraiser to help pay for out DVD pressing. The DVD is of the first MapMusic(Musicians Against Parkinson’s) Awareness Concert and captures the evening in a four camera shoot.
