Hey guys,
Back in April I attended Chiodos’ headlining show at the Metropolis. The line up included LIGHTS, From First to Last and Protest The Hero.
LIGHTS was really good, the female lead singer had a great voice and was very sweet when speaking to the audience in between songs. Her music is very enjoyable in my opinion.
I had been waiting to see From First to Last perform live for such a long time and that night I finally got to. It was very exciting and it really was worth the wait. Matt Good sounded really good even when he sang songs that their former singer Sonny Moore used to sing. I enjoyed taking photos of FFTL especially since they moved around a lot and gave me lots of poses to work with.
Protest The Hero was ok. I was never much a fan of them but I’m not gonna lie, they weren’t bad. The crowd seemed to adore them.
I must say though, that Chiodos’ performance was simply breath taking. Craig Owens’ voice is so beautiful and his interaction with the crowd was also freaking awesome. I loved it when Craig stood in the crowd while his fans held him up. I actually got a photo of that moment so you should definitely go check it out in this month’s Feature Presentation to see what I am talking about…
