GymClass Heroes - ‘The Quilt’

The Quilt is Gym Class Heroes’ fourth release under the Decaydence/Fueled By Ramen label. The extroverted quartet from New York collaborated with many popular artists for this album such as Busta Rhymes, Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy, Lil Wayne, Daryl Hall and more. They have recorded some songs with producers Cool & Dre; among those songs is their first single “Peace Sign/Index Down”, which also features Busta Rhymes. The second single, “Cookie Jar”, was released on July 8th of this year. This latest production contains fourteen new tracks available for a First Listen on Much Music’s official website (http://www.muchmusic.com/music/firstspin/gymclassheroes/)

Winter Gloves - ‘About A Girl’

This new and upcoming Montreal band will blow you away with their first studio album released by Paper Bag Records (Tokyo Police Club, Woodhands, etc). Winter Gloves will be touring this fall in September and October, starting at the upcoming Virgin th, Festival on Sunday, September 7th, 2008.
